Recruiter

JOB TYPE:

Full-time; Entry-Level

JOB SUMMARY FOR RECRUITER:

  • The Primary objective of this position is to identify, screen, interview, submit and place qualified candidates in order to meet our customer's requirements. This is not an HR position.
  • Must prioritize and plan work day around sufficient coverage of each job order using time efficiently to identify qualified candidates.
  • Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in monitoring delivery metrics to ensure goals are met.
  • Must adapt to changes in environment, manage competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  • Must demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Must communicate frequently via phone, email, or in person in order to qualify candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RECRUITER:

  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
  • Match candidate’s strengths with our client’s requirements by sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Negotiate wages, terms and conditions of employment with candidates and gain a commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
  • Work with Account Managers to identify top candidates and specifically qualify candidates for client openings, target skill sets, key market segments, and anticipate client staffing needs.
  • Communicate effectively with others and embrace diversity of thought in order to create a productive environment.
  • Maintain relationships within the industry to provide AWESOME customer service, gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals.
  • Other duties as requested.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR RECRUITER:

  • Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
  • A desire to develop a career in sales
  • Planning/ Problem solving - identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Prior experience in customer service field  
  • Sales/ Marketing Skills
  • Administrative/ Organization
  • A sense of urgency and a high standard of professionalism and character
  • Oral communication skills - speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
  • Interpersonal skills - maintains confidentiality and remains open to others ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
  • Written communications skills - edits work for spelling and grammar presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information.
