This could be your ideal job if you are an entry level candidate with a focus on general environmental, healt and safety, and are interested in the dynamic world of consulting. In this role you will be working either on site at one of our client locations as an extension of their EHS organization and/or working on a variety of consulting projects in the Southern California area. Projects are variable and challenging.

Responsibilities may include:

Industrial hygiene (IAQ, investigations, sampling, monitoring, assessments)
Health and safety code compliance
Sustainability related projects included Corporate Social Responsibility, environmental footprint, energy use reduction, and others
Developing and delivering EHS/Occupational Health and Safety training
EHS assessments/general program compliance audits
Regulatory compliance
Occupational safety surveys/inspections
Workstation ergonomic evaluations with support from other ergonomic staff
Environmental issues (air, waste water, hazardous waste)
EHS & ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 program development
Writing technical reports

Experience & Education Requirements:

This is an entry level position
You must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in an EHS or related field of study
Must have a valid driver's license and car and be able to drive to client related projects regularly
Must be able to travel by plane outside the region to support client work in other locations on occasion.
