This position is responsible for the governance and execution of Employee Concerns programs at assigned Entergy nuclear plant.
Investigate employee concerns and maintain an Employee Concerns Program database for concerns.
Screen and prioritize employee concerns.
Prepare concern response letters. Investigate allegations forwarded by the NRC.
Provide training to corporate and site staff on ECP and SCWE.
Administer surveys as required (e.g. Safety Culture). Prepare ECP reports for Entergy Nuclear executive management, including the CEO. Interface with the Quality Assurance Organization.
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience. (Equivalent Experience is defined as demonstrated success at the Manager level. A degree is very strongly preferred.)
Minimum experience required of the position
6 years of nuclear power plant experience. 3 years experience in employee concerns, human resources, organizational behavior or similar field. Excellent communication skills are required.
