Performs activities necessary to process payroll, including maintaining related records, analyzing reports and voluntary deduction reports.
Inputs to Time and Labor System
Balances and controls earnings and deduction totals
Prepares special reports for management.
Recognizes data inconsistencies and irregularities and reports issues to management.
Documents analyses using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use.
Performs quality control analysis to ensure accuracy and rationale.
Researches Palisades Bargaining Unit Contracts, documents sources and works with relevant stakeholders inside and outside of department to ensure accuracy and understanding of pay practices
Minimum education required of the position:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience. Desired: Master's Degree or Master’s Degree Candidate
Minimum experience required of the position:
Analyst I - 1-4 years of professional experience preferred but not required
Analyst II - 2-4 years of professional experience preferred but not required
Analyst III - 4-6 years of professional experience but not required
