Job Summary/Purpose:This position is the critical driver in improving overall reliability in each jurisdiction. It has responsibility for the implementation of Asset Management programs and for consistent applications of system programs to ensure all jurisdictions follow system guidance.Promotes partnership for state prioritization initiatives through Regions and State. Advocates priorities of work for maximum resource optimization. Strives to utilize fixed cost Entergy resources to diminish financial impact on capital and operational bEnsures resources across all areas are scheduled against highest priorities within the Network and Region and Construction groups across the state. Provides oversight, analysis, and recommendations that impact priorities.Ensures resources across all areas are scheduled against highest priorities within the Network and Region and Construction groups across the state. Provides oversight, analysis, and recommendations that impact priorities.Provides oversight to the Work Management staff for prioritizing and scheduling to ensure all large projects, over man-hour threshold, are scheduled to optimum resource group (Network; C&D CTC). Provides oversight to the Work Management staff for prioritPartners with the Asset Management group to administer and execute reliability improvement plans throughout the state. Provides status reports and scorecards: Contract resource spending forecast; Project construction and timeline status.Supports the Storm Response program, including preparedness and training initiatives. Supports Operations leadership in overall operations.

 

Minimum Requirements-Education:Bachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent work experience.

Minimum Requirements-Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Proficiency in corporate and distribution applications including DIS, DSS, AM/FM, Service Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Passport, CTS, CPTrac; Budget System.
