JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
Responsible for tracking meter inventory levels.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that all pre/post installation in-tests are completed per regulatory guidelines.
Palletize meter for shipment to refurbishing vendor.
Badge new meter/regulator for installation. Make minor repair to meter/regulator equipment.
Ensure storeroom activities are conducted in a manner to maintain sufficient inventory levels. Ensure removal of stock (ROS) process is executed.
Monitor and track daily inventory levels. Determine the appropriate min/max levels for each inventory items. Process material receipts/transfers within 24 hours.
Document all activities to ensure SOX compliance, paperwork is adequate for future process improvement, and strengthen litigation/legislative/regulatory cases. Support activities to increase revenue/cost recoveries and reduce service diversion. Participate in continuous surveillance program to find and fix conflicts before they escalate.

Desired: Knowledgeable in MS Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook); Knowledge of Entergy's Customer Service policies; Familiar with service territory area.
