JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
Responsible for tracking meter inventory levels.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that all pre/post installation in-tests are completed per regulatory guidelines.

Palletize meter for shipment to refurbishing vendor.

Badge new meter/regulator for installation. Make minor repair to meter/regulator equipment.

Ensure storeroom activities are conducted in a manner to maintain sufficient inventory levels. Ensure removal of stock (ROS) process is executed.

Monitor and track daily inventory levels. Determine the appropriate min/max levels for each inventory items. Process material receipts/transfers within 24 hours.

Document all activities to ensure SOX compliance, paperwork is adequate for future process improvement, and strengthen litigation/legislative/regulatory cases. Support activities to increase revenue/cost recoveries and reduce service diversion. Participate in continuous surveillance program to find and fix conflicts before they escalate.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interface with coworkers, workers from other departments, supervisors and customers. Ability to interface with coworkers, workers from other departments, supervisors and customers. Ability to make decisions without direct supervision. Self-motivated and dependable team player. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to recognize hazards in the workplace and have the ability to mitigate the hazards. Ability to maintain and care for Company equipment properly and safeguard assets. Ability to meet the public in a pleasant and tactful manner and understand the importance of delivering a high level of customer service. Desired: Knowledgeable in MS Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook); Knowledge of Entergy's Customer Service policies; Familiar with service territory area.
