OverviewEnel X, a leading provider of demand response and energy efficiency solutions, has a need for a Utility Operations Intern to join our world-class Support organization. As a Utility Operations Intern, you will be responsible for the following: QualificationsQualifications: - Current student or recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program, or comparable work experience - Outstanding written and verbal communication/customer relations skills - Great attention to detail and superior organizational skills - Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel - Can execute high-volume, transactional tasks Above and Beyond: - Passion for the energy industry - Strong self-motivation with the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, forward-moving environment - Problem-solving skills and an eye for continuous improvement - Experience with Salesforce.com applications ResponsibilitiesAbout the Job: - Provide exceptional service to our Utility customers, providers, and internal customers - Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal customers - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Utility customers - Meet service level agreements for outreach and delivery of all data requests throughout North America and international regions - Perform outreach for customer bills and authorization forms - Identify, correct, and/or escalate data quality issues pertaining to sites, energy meter data, and contact information - Collaborate and support other internal teams with project work that depends on utility data as an input - Develop and maintain internally built tools in Excel, Python and R to pull data and perform transforms/analyses at scale
