Job Description

Endeavor seeks an Events & Development Intern to support special event planning and implementation of Endeavor's Annual Gala and signature International Selection Panel events. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is interested in development or special events. He/she will gain hands-on experience preparing for Endeavor's Annual Gala (500+ attendees) and supporting with donor cultivation and corporate partnerships.

- Manage event guest lists, donor recognition letters, invoices, and event mailing lists for the Endeavor Gala

- Coordinate with external vendors, internal staff, and key stakeholders on event-related items

- Write, edit, and share event marketing materials and correspondence

- Maintain records in Salesforce and event ticketing platform

- Assist with onsite event set-up, registration, and logistical support in November for the Endeavor Gala

- Resourcefulness, creativity, adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work calmly under pressure

- Ability to establish priorities, balance demands of multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Strong communication, writing, and editing skills

- Organized and excellent attention to detail

- Non-profit or event experience preferred
