Management Trainee - Entry Level Sales and Marketing

Empire Acquisition Team is looking for FULL TIME MANAGEMENT TRAINEES. This is an entry level position for candidates with backgrounds in restaurant, hospitality, retail and customer service/sales. This entry level opening is designed for people to advance their careers and who are looking for more than just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES for Entry Level Management Trainees:

  • Managing clients accounts and learning campaign knowledge
  • Running daily campaign meetings
  • Developing team building activities
  • Training new associates within the company
  • Acquiring new clients and customers for our Fortune 500 clients
  • Creating new marketing strategies and looking at client portfolios

As someone advances from the Entry Level Management Trainee position they can take on more responsibility in marketing and client development, grow to senior management, manage a team of 15-20 associates and help with expansion to new markets. Some Management Trainees will move on to our HR Dept, social media, sales management and accounting.

REQUIREMENTS for Entry Level Management Trainees:

  • Ability to lead teams and communication skills
  • Motivated and ambitious to advance one's career
  • 2 or 4 year degree
  • Prior internships or experience in customer service, sales, management, training or recruiting
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new changes and take on new projects
  • Someone that likes being challenged and takes constructive criticism
