Job Description


Advises and executes public relations and social media tactics specific to B2B events and marketing campaigns. Coordinates and tracks all business unit PR and social media activities. Supports all event activities.


* Works with Global Marketing Communications leads to develop PR and social media plans

* Executes PR and social media tactics for global and regional events and campaigns

* Writes press releases, media alerts, case studies, long-form technical articles, blogs, and internal newsletter content consistent with brand standards

* Develops social media campaigns and post schedule on multiple social platforms

* Develop a content calendar with a consistent posting schedule to the brand social channels

* Help project manage relevant content development in a multitude of formats-written text, graphics, video, podcast, etc.

* Coordinates with PR agency for external content development

* Attends and supports all global events and coordinates event PR and social media activities

* Works with graphics designers to develop social media content



* 3 years of experience building integrated marketing communications campaigns (PR, social, digital and advertising elements)

* 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment

* 3 years of event planning

* Outstanding organization with an ability to handle multiple projects

* High levels of communication - presentation, verbal and written skills

* Experience coordinating with a PR agency account representative

* AP-style writing and editing

* Social media best practices

* Experience working with product managers and subject matter experts

* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)

* Proficient in digital marketing communications tools, such as Eloqua and APSIS

* Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing
