Job Description

The Elkhart Clinic, a multi-specialty physician practice and an Equal Opportunity Employer, has immediate openings for the following full-time positions:

 

CMA/RMA - Medical Assistant - Full Time

  • Valid CMA (Certified Management Accountant) / RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) Certification.
  • One-year prior medical assisting experience in a clinical and/or hospital setting preferred.
  • Skill in administering a variety of treatments and medications as directed by physician.
  • Good Keyboarding skills a must.

 

Pre-Certification Representative - Full Time:

  • Candidates must have prior experience in pre-certification/eligibility of insurance benefits for medical services in a multi-specialty setting.

 

Registered Nurse - Full Time:

  • Hours are Monday through Friday during the day.
  • Candidates must have current Registered Nurse license and CPR certification.

 

Appointment Scheduler - Full Time

  • With previous experience in Lab and Imaging order entry.
  • Medical terminology.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Applicants must have a high school education or equivalent.

 

Insurance Representative - Full Time

  • This position requires prior experience working in a medical office.
  • Knowledge of insurance billing, coding, and insurance regulations.
  • Must possess good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work with public a must.

 

Phlebotomist - Full Time

  • Day Hours; Monday through Friday day hours.
  • Candidates must have previous training in phlebotomy, preferably at an accredited school.
  • Must be able to perform phlebotomy on different type people, including children.

 

Housekeeper:

  • Experience cleaning a medical office, preferred.
