Job Description: Account Liaison

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Department: Sales and Client Services

EducationDynamics is hiring an Account Liaison to join the Sales and Client Services team! Although this is an entry-level position, it is an opportunity to learn and grow as a member of a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing the highest level of customer satisfaction, in support of our roster of clients within the Higher Education sector.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, TASKS:

The Account Liaison will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of clients' marketing campaigns are monitored, analyzed, and communicated up in a timely manner.

Daily tasks include monitoring lead flow, determining and resolving technical issues, reviewing campaign compliance, and assisting with campaign analytics, month-end billing and special projects management.

Support Account Managers in managing monthly allocation/overall client budgets through internal administrative systems.

Navigate, monitor and pull data from internal and external client systems, proactively analyzing performance data for trends and potential campaign optimizations.

Analyze billing discrepancies and work with the AMs to reconcile month-end numbers.

Manage client campaign implementations from start to finish, working with other internal departments to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Review client creative and test site functionality to ensure accuracy.

Coordinate and monitor timelines for projects as assigned by Account Managers and Sales Leaders.

Support other projects for the team as needed.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree is Plus.

Strong computer, Internet and Excel skills

Strong data analytics skills, and the ability to work closely with the assigned Strategic Account Manager to identify trends and outliers in data.

Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric teamwork environment
