Job Description

This is a Summer internship role that will support multiple attorneys in various areas of the business.

Accountabilities:

* Research, analyze, and draft presentations and memoranda with appropriate supervision;
* Support multiple attorneys in our Legal Department in various substantive areas;
* May be asked to attend meetings with legal team and business persons across the Company;
* Conduct document reviews;
* Participate in other legal projects as assigned.

Requirements:

* Currently enrolled in an accredited university Bachelor's degree program

Desired Qualifications:

* Strong written and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Ability to use good judgment and common sense when interacting with external and internal contacts and performing job functions, especially when confidential information is concerned
* Have excellent oral and written communication skills
* A demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member
* Strong ability and desire to learn new areas of the law and work on a diverse range of assignment
* Detail-oriented, thorough, proactive
* Possesses an interest in understanding corporate in-house practice
* Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, prioritizing and juggling multiple matters.
