Job Description

ECFMG is seeking an HR Intern in the Philadelphia, PA office.

The HR Intern is expected to provide exceptional customer service, support and assistance to the HR team. Responsibilities include documenting processes in partnership with subject matter experts, document management, and process mapping. Provide general administrative & support to all areas of HR, as needed.

* Manage and protect sensitive and confidential data & documents.

DUTIES:

* Coordinate process documenting workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SME's)
* Proactively gather process information from SMEs and use policy and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to document workflows, process maps and business requirements, as described by SMEs.
* Identify areas for improvement and review with SMEs for decision. Implement as directed.
* Properly warehouse and secure process documents.
* Participate in projects and department initiatives to implement process improvements.
* Perform as a back-up to other HR administrative staff, as directed.
* Help support the overall customer service needs of the HR function, as directed.
* Other duties as assigned by Management and/or VP of HR.

EXPERIENCE:

* At least two years of experience working in a professional environment.
* Experience with process and procedural documenting and process mapping, preferred
* Experience working with professional interactions at all levels of leadership and employees, preferred.
* Experience working with sensitive and confidential information, preferred.

EDUCATION

* High school diploma required.
* Bachelor's degree or higher OR at least 2 years of experience interpreting policies and practices.
