About Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center

The largest medical facility in the region, EIRMC serves as the area's healthcare hub. Whether coming from Jackson, Yellowstone, or right here in Idaho Falls, patients at EIRMC are greeted by the best Medical Staff in the region. When minutes matter, our helicopter ambulance service, Air Idaho Rescue, connects patients with our Trauma Center to benefit from the full resources of every specialty. Ours is also the only Level I Critical Care Center in Southeast Idaho, and in 2005, one of only 10 ICU's in the entire nation to be named as a Beacon Award winner for critical care excellence. People who need specialty services such as open-heart surgery, cancer treatment, stroke intervention, neurosurgery, high-risk pregnancy/newborn care, orthopedic services, a comprehensive surgical weight loss program, or hyperbaric medicine, will find all that -- and a whole lot more -- at EIRMC. Because we care about the safety of our patients, EIRMC is the first Idaho hospital to "go digital" with technological innovations that include a pharmacy robot, bedside bar-code scanning, and electronic medical records. Our commitment to patient safety and excellence in general, has been recognized both state and nationwide through a number of prestigious awards. Beyond returning our friends and neighbors to health, we are also an active and involved corporate citizen, donating time, money, and sponsorship to a rich variety of community causes. We are the physicians and employees of Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. We welcome you to EIRMC, and thank you for putting your trust in us.
