Eagle Family Foods, Inc. (Eagle) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Eagle Family Foods Holdings, Inc. The Company manufactures and markets branded and private label sweetened condensed canned milk and evaporated canned milk to the retail grocery and foodservice channel. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk is the Company's recognized and established brand. In addition, the Company markets other smaller brands, including Borden eggnog, Kava acid neutralized coffee, Eagle Brand Premium Dessert Kits, Magnolia sweetened condensed milk, Milnot evaporated milk and None Such mincemeat pie filling.
