If so, keep reading!  Reporting to the North Coast Human Resources Manager, you will support a broad range of human resources functions for vineyard employees in the Sonoma region. Your ability to be a progressive human resources business partner, develop collaborative relationships, and foster employee engagement will help support the business in achieving key goals and initiatives.  This is an incredibly unique opportunity to work as a multi-site Human Resources Generalist, working closely with our vineyard teams and Grower Relations. What You Will Do

Align, Inspire, and Innovate:

  • Work closely with leaders to anticipate and address their human resources needs, by  focusing on staffing and talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning,  performance management, employee relations, compensation management, training and development, just to name a few
  • Coach leaders on the most impactful and meaningful ways to provide feedback to their employees, utilizing tools and resources for performance management and evaluations, as well as employee recognition
  • Infuse your creativity to continuously innovate a variety of human resources processes and programs

Build Relationships:

  • Connect with employees at all levels of the organization, from our entry-level workforce to our site leaders, using an open door policy approach and serving as an actively engaged business partner to each client group supported
  • Promote continuous learning, development and employee engagement by facilitating and coordinating our on-site trainings and employee events, ranging from Gallo University programs to health/wellness initiatives to local community outreach
  • Work in close alignment with our corporate Human Resources teams and Centers of Excellence to ensure consistency in managing our remote facilities and teams

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of human resources experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to travel to various facilities.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of human resources generalist/representative experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experienced with Union Workforce and Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Passion for people development
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to shepherd diverse stakeholders to achieve complex business objectives
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience speaking effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization
