Job Description


* Perform Incident Coordination of incoming work.
* Responsible for work team identification, Complexity determination and assignment/handoff-to, prioritizing work to meet SLAs.
* High level of technical awareness required.
* Works with delivery partners, client, and team to execute Incident work and meet SLA objectives.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel and Word.
* Ability to work independently.
* The incident queue manager works a 24/7 schedule, and must have great written and verbal communication skills, organizational and prioritization skills.
* Client is based on PST timezone and schedules are made accordingly. The Queue Manager team for incident works a rotating schedule so shift availability is required.


Basic Qualifications

* High school diploma or G.E.D.

* Zero or more years of experience with computer systems or networking

* Experience working with computer hardware for installation and upgrades

* Experience working with software installation/upgrading procedures

* Experience working with file and system maintenance procedures

Other Qualifications

* Organization skills to balance and prioritize work

* Analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems

* Communication skills for communicating with support personnel, customers, and managers

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
