Job Description

The Domestic Violence and Child Advocacy Center is seeking a dynamic individual to join our justice system advocacy team. The justice system advocate will assist victims of domestic violence and related crimes by providing a full range of services including assistance with compensation claims, crisis intervention, court support, case status, community referrals, community awareness, and performs related duties required. This individual will be an advocate for victims to ensure their needs are addressed by the community and the justice system; confers with law enforcement and prosecutors on the status of cases; assists with preparation of temporary protection orders, reimbursement claims, and other processes designed to protect the rights of victims. Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree. This is a full time weekday position. Please send resume and cover letter with salary requirements to (see below)
