Responsible for the implementation of student candidate sourcing and engagement strategies, on-campus, at conferences and virtually. Key deliverables include successful and scalable student talent pipeline strategies, enhanced employer brand and reputation at target universities, delivery models through school teams and volunteers and robust candidate identification and education approaches. This role will play an integral role in advancing student candidate attraction and development strategies, including internal team capabilities and processes.

Responsible for screening, recruiting, interviewing, and supporting the hiring of university candidates.

Responsibilities

* Provides leadership across the university relations and candidate-facing function to ensure consistency, utilize best practices and implement new solutions
* Works closely with the campus recruiting business consulting team to understand immediate and midterm talent demand, ideal candidate profiles by business unit and best talent sourcing channels
* Creates and executes campus recruiting events and processes to identify and assess top candidates and build strong talent pools to present hiring managers
* Lead campus school teams, working closely with campus champions, team captains and employee volunteers to recruit on campus and at key events
* Manages relationships and communications with key influencers at target universities to increase employer brand and reputation
* Delivers a best-in-class student candidate experience, ensuring clear expectations and timeliness in communication, information sharing and follow up
* Assist in the development of recruiting training and resources to be leveraged with school teams, recruiting volunteers and brand/campus ambassadors
* Works closely with other recruiting, HR and employer brand team members to deliver shared solutions and services
* Manages processes to ensure legal and corporate compliance and minimize risk and inefficiencies for the company
* Leverage systems and tools including HRIS, CRM and ATS platforms to provide accurate reporting and performance tracking
* Support central campus recruiting programs and activities including office visits, development programs, summer internship and departmental and divisional initiatives
* Manages full-cycle campus recruiting calendar to ensure advance planning and preparation for activities
* Manages the identification and attraction of talent. Generates qualified candidates through cost-effective recruiting methods, including leveraging networks, sourcing passive candidates, and utilizing the employee referral program.
* Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Assists with developing sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
* Conducts preliminary interviews and obtains feedback from management and candidates.
* Recommends compensation terms for offer to management and extends offers to candidates.
* Prepares and submits staffing activity reports to management.
* Identifies and communicates hiring trends to business and management
* Identify gaps and issues and maintain a focus on continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a business-related field
* 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting in either a corporate or an agency setting
* In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Recruiting, HR Consulting, Operations Management

Preferred Qualifications

* Analytical and systems thinking and a track record of continuous improvement and advancement
* Previous corporate campus recruiting experience, ideally in financial services or professional services
