DirectEd is seeking a part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for the 2019-20 school year in the Central Los Angeles area.

Minimum Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
* LMFT certification in California

Candidates who do not meet the minimum qualifications listed above will not be considered.

Who you are

A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides counseling and mental health services to general education students as well as students with disabilities in compliance with the student's IEP. You provide counseling in both individual and group settings, and prepare written reports to present at IEP meetings. You may also support schools with crisis management and assist with supporting at-risk students. You are someone who is comfortable and adaptable to working with diverse student populations and schools.

Each team member is assigned a lead that provides support with weekly check-ins and helps to assure that we provide high quality services and continue to develop as professionals.
