IT/SOFTWARE Service Delivery Manager Loc: Santa Clara, CA Duties: Assure that CBU business technology services & deliver-ables are deployed in accordance w/ product boundaries & business requirements. Managing the delivery of ICT Managed Services Contracts; initiating, performing, & reporting progress on service improvement plans to resolve delivery challenges w/ respect to client partners' technical service reqs.; utilize the ITIL framework in all practices. Reqs: 2 yrs. of exp. in the job offered or closely rel. pos. Exp. which may have been obtained concurrently must incl. 2 yrs. exp. w/ managing the delivery of ICT Managed Services Contracts & contract mgmt.
