Project Management Intern

We are seeking a Project Management Intern in our Minnetonka, MN office.

What You'll Do:

* Assist in managing projects that span across organizational boundaries gaining the opportunity to work with contributors from key departments including Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering and IT
* The projects will be at varying stages in the Product Development Lifecycle and the Software Development Lifecycle
* The projects will utilize both traditional and agile project management techniques enabling the intern to gain skills in a varied set of project management methodologies
* Assist in data tracking and analysis of project level and program level metrics
* Assist in capacity planning and project estimation
* The intern should be enthusiastic, hardworking, and flexible
* The intern will spend time shadowing various project and program managers on the EPMO team and helping them where needed
* The intern will spend time helping with our data tracking and analysis, including gathering and entering data into our PM tools

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience with MS Project desired
* Business acumen and communication skills
* Problem-solving, data interpretation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
* Bachelor's degree (or seeking a Bachelor's degree) in Business Administration / Information Technology or related fields
* Volunteer experience as applicable
