Job Description

Human Resources Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

* Provide administrative support for all HR functions.
* Assist with maintenance of human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications and merit increases. Tracks vacation, sick, and personal time.
* Handle changing operations assignments and updates project records in Exponent HR.
* Produce weekly reports i.e. project assignments, exit reports, personnel metrics, consultant utilization, etc.
* Assist with benefits education and follow up. Work with employees on issues. Enter data into Aetna website and support annual enrollment.
* Support DB&A Wellness Program.
* Assist with New Hire Orientation.
* Launch competency assessments and follow up on deadlines.
* Data entry into various HR systems.
* Support employee relations needs.
* Design and create performance evaluations using EDU software.
* Document human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
* Provide HR support in all areas including communication and revision of HR policies and practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Senior level administrative support experience required.
* Cornerstone Training & Development - design & working knowledge of this system.
* ExponentHR (HR database) experience preferred.
* Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
* Professional demeanor and attitude.
* Team player and organizational skills.
