Be the reason someone smiles today! Dental Prosthetic Services is looking for a dynamic customer care supervisor to manage day-to-day shipping and receiving and data entry activities, as well as lead a team that provides an outstanding customer experience.

Job duties Include:
  • Provide supervision and technical assistance to customer care team to attain individual, departmental, and organizational goals
  • Ensure that customer care team has excellent communication, problem-solving and professional phone etiquette skills for achieving high levels of customer service for both internal and external customers
  • Perform monthly one on ones to review performance and goals with the customer care team members
  • Serve as liaison with laboratory supervisors, quality assurance, and sales and marketing
  • Create and maintain delivery driver schedule
  • Communicate, train, and provide feedback with delivery drivers on customer and delivery information
  • Monitor business and process metrics to measure and manage customer care effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the team and other departments to develop procedures and processes for improving the service provided to customers
  • Isolate and identify areas of improvement and training
  • Receive incoming cases and open and disinfect case for production.  Pack and ship cases for delivery
  • Performs scheduling function for each case
  • Accurately enter customer and case information into computer system
  • Invoice cases and assist with billing questions or issues
  • Check work tickets and billing paperwork for accuracy
  • Assist in answering multi-line phone system

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • College degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of supervisory, data entry, and customer service experience required
