Purpose:

Delta Faucet Company has an awesome opportunity for a National Account Manager to join our highly rated sales team leading The Home Depot. Do you love working with high performance teams and building winning strategies? Are you an inspiring manager that can anticipate opportunities/risks and bring actionable recommendations to the team? Do you believe you are an innate leader that can effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment? As the key decision maker within this segment, a core responsibility includes establishing effective and reciprocal working relationships. In addition, you will be accountable for building and identifying key sales strategies to grow sales and profits. We need someone with phenomenal business insight to move this segment forward.

Responsibilities:

* Ability to align internal and external strategies to deliver mutual growth
* Build value as measured by revenue growth, margin improvement & share gains
* Execute product line reviews, promotions and campaigns to gain new product listings and achieve all sales targets
* Develop budgets/plans to accomplish business objectives and ensure compliance to plan
* Successfully sell "best in class" products employing a consultative problem-solving approach
* Ability to lead and conduct multiple tasks while delivering in a timely and accurate fashion
* Collaboratively lead cross functional initiatives internally without authority
* Track progress and intervene as needed to resolve barriers and ensure progress
* Shown ability to effectively work with people with differing styles
* Self-starter and possesses the ability to translate data into information to help drive decisions
* Able to function in a dynamic environment and have strong presentation skills
* Function independently with minimal oversight and directions
* Maintain competitive intelligence and market trends to build overall customer strategy
* Crafting positive relationships in multiple functional areas within the customer environment
* Effectively communicate remotely with internal customers
* Ensure a high level of customer service and support with the ability to deliver quick turnarounds

Education & Experience:

* Four-year college degree, BA or BS
* 5+ years of National Account Management experience working directly with THD Merchant
* First-hand knowledge of The Home Depot specific processes such as AMT management, 531 management, In-Store Service Requests, Space Planning and Cost/Retail worksheets
* Exceptional MS Office skills
* Experience in forecasting domestic product categories and working with THD IPR
* Strong analytical skills
* Working knowledge of retail metrics
* Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills
* Problem solving skills
* Strong ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
* Ability to interrelate in a versatile and diverse environment
