Are you a student with a real passion for training, event coordinating, and project management? Do you love being a part of the conversation, a team environment and seeing big projects come to life? If so, Delta Faucet Company has an exciting internship role open within the Delta Human Resources department. As the HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with team members to contribute to the success of the organizational effectiveness team. By working closely with this team across the HR department you will gain a deeper understanding of business insight and how to collaborate cross-functionally.


* Assist with foundational elements of developing and enhancing our enterprise learning strategy utilizing and administering e-learning tools like Cornerstone and LinkedIn Learning
* Assist and coordinate a variety of company events and meetings
* Assist and administer employee and candidate experience surveys
* Assist with the development of Employee Communication Channels
* Assist workforce analytics with actionable insights

Education & Experience:

* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or other related field
* Effective oral and written communication, and excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work accurately with close attention to detail
* Displays a high level of effort and dedication to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior
