Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for a great variety of tasks related to executive compensation including: managing and administering several executive compensation plans; managing the Executive Portal; working with Legal on the proxy; providing reports for administration and decision-making; conducting financial analysis and recommending alternatives for plans; responding to questions from executives, management and the HR community. The successful candidate will be responsible for consistently practicing safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

The Project Manager position requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or related field and a minimum of three years of business experience. MBA, CPA or CCP is a plus. Candidate must have strong analytical skills and be extremely proficient in Microsoft, Word and Excel. Must be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all level. Candidate must also be results oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detail and follow-through. Should possess good written and oral communication skills. Must be capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Must be performing satisfactorily in present position. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
