Job Description

Deer Valley Resort Company, LLC in Park City, UT seeks 20 Housekeepers (12/10/19-4/10/20) & 10 Lift Operators Level 2 (12/2/19-4/12/20), temporary full-time.

Housekeeper: Will clean & maintain hotel rooms, condos, townhomes & single-family homes at Deer Valley's properties, include vacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens & towels, disinfecting bathrooms, washing windows & trash removal. May need to lift & carry up to 50 lbs & walk between buildings. 3 months housekeeping experience at high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. $12.68-$19.87/hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime available at $19.02-$29.81/hour. Additional compensation may be available: season-end bonus (up to $2,000).

Lift Operator Level 2: Will assist guests in getting on & off chair lifts, check lift tickets, pick up debris & operate & monitor chair lifts. 4 mos. lift operator exp. in a hotel, resort, or tourism environment required. $11.72-$18.06/hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime available at $17.58-$27.09/hour. Additional compensation may be available: season-end bonus (up to $2,000). Travel not required. Daily transport to & from worksite is provided. On-the-job training is provided. 35 hours/week. May work on any day of week. Hours from 9 am-4 pm & may vary. Single workweek used to compute wages.

Housing offered & optional: $98.00-119.00/weekly, deducted from pay.

Nightly rental fee: $13.00-26.50. $250.00 partially refundable security deposit required, paid directly to employer upon acceptance of housing. All deductions from paycheck required by law made. Reasonable transport & subsistence costs to place of employee provided if worker completes half of employment period. Reasonable return transport & subsistence costs provided if worker completes employment period or dismissed early. Reimbursement amount equal to most economical common carrier. Daily subsistence provided at $12.46/day to a maximum of $55/day. Guaranteed work hours for at least 3/4ths workdays in each 12-week period. All required tools, supplies, & equipment provided at no charge. H-2B workers reimbursed in first workweek for all visa-related fees.
