Job Description

Tire Sales Program Advisor

As a Tire Sales Program Advisor, you will work as a tire expert inside a PREMIUM dealership. This position has a set schedule; assured 45 hours a week (typically following standard business hours)!

Responsibilities:

    • Selling/assisting with the sale of tires to customers on the service drive with the goal of exceeding assigned sales and productivity goals
    • Inspecting customers' cars on the service lane.
    • Diagnosing tire-related problems, recommending service and quoting prices
    • Assuring necessary repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted.
    • Maintaining effective relationships including customers and dealer personnel.
    • Overseeing customer satisfaction and complaints and solving problems that arise.
    • Completing market analysis monthly.
    • Assisting in store operations: maintaining inventory, opening/closing the store and preparing reports
    • Assisting dealership technicians to ensure service levels are met.
    • To fast track your success, you will participate in a comprehensive training program.

    Job Minimum Requirements

    • 2+ years of tire automotive service experience preferably from an automotive retail tire service environment
    • Valid driver's license and able to meet Dealer Tire's Motor Vehicle Record Policy
    • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Proficient computer skills including: MS Word, MS Excel
    • Quick learner

    Preferred Requirements

      • Online order management systems
      • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
