POSITION DETAILS:

  • Position Title: Manager of Medical Services

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We currently have a full-time opening for a Medical Services Manager. This position provides leadership and day to day oversight of the medical and detoxification programs in compliance with standards of quality care and contract requirements. The Manager of Medical Services oversees the detox and medical programs while maintaining ongoing communication and working partnership with the residential and outpatient programs.   This position will also provide backup direct patient care to other NPs. On-call schedule is flexible and can be achieved from off-site. Candidates must be proficient and timely with required productivity and clinical documentation standards.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have knowledge of Trauma Specific Services, Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and strong interdisciplinary team skills. 
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Active NP licensure in the state of Oregon
  • Current buprenorphine prescribing waiver or ability to obtain waiver within 3 months of hire

A DHS criminal background investigation is conducted on all new employees. Convictions are evaluated for each position and are not necessarily disqualifying.
