The Employer Branding Manager is empowered to build and execute a company-wide strategy for the Danone North American Family of Companies (Dannon, Stonyfield, Danone Waters of America [Evian], Danone Canada, Nutricia, Early Life Nutrition, and Happy Family). This strategy will encompass and leverage our meaningful mission of "Creating a healthier world" and "To bring health through food to as many people as possible". Key Accountabilities:
• Social Media Recruiting: Builds and executes the social recruiting strategy. Includes identifying appropriate social media platforms, objectives, and content to build a best-in-class strategy. Makes social posts and responds accordingly as well as measures success. . This will include managing the relationship with Linkedin as well as additional professional media outlets.
• College & Organizational Partnerships: Builds strategic partnerships with key colleges and organizations (i.e. military placement agencies, out placement services, etc.) based on business needs and resources available. Must be able to build and manage the budget that supports these efforts and be creative and influential in gaining company-wide participation. Manage the internship and co-op program: full cycle recruitment for interns and coops including management of onboarding, welcome events, midpoint and final reviews, final business presentations, all the way to conversion to full-time when applies.
• Employer Brand Materials: Assesses need and initiates the development of all materials that addresses the employer brand. Includes print material (works with Brand Marketing to execute the creative), written company descriptions, the creative side of employment advertisements, etc. Includes annual toolkits that sites can use for their hiring needs.
• Source Identification: Assists Talent & Acquisition team in identifying best possible sources to attract a wide variety and diverse population of candidates. Works closely with the Diversity & Inclusion department to build the strategy for recruiting diverse candidates.
• Culture Messaging: Works closely with Org. Development / LD and Brand Marketing to ensure the culture message that is studied and shared internally is consistently and appropriately shared externally. Includes educating all who recruit. Collaborate with HR Partners to activate North America's participation in Danone's International Junior Talent program

Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing or communications with an emphasis on digital branding. Excellent written/oral communication skills (English, French speaking a plus) Desire to develop or fine tune current Human Resource core competencies which will include recruitment/retention and the overall candidate experience.
• Strong Presentation and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency with MS Office, internet search engines and ATS systems
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (to support the campus recruitment strategy
