Job Description

New College Grad Test engineer to develop characterization and ATE test code for Cypress memory products.

Required Skills

Knowledge in C++ programming language Able to edit, compile, verify, and release test program updates. Use basic ATE analysis and debug tools. Able to perform characterization and test interpretation. Analyzes data to quantify experimental effects. Makes effective use of scopes and related equipment with ATE. Participates in company required documentation.
