Job Description

As a Test Engineer, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for developing test solutions for new integrated circuit (IC) products using Automated Test Equipment (ATE). This includes conception, specification, design, development, and documentation for hardware and software portions of the test solution. Products include complex embedded system-on-chips with features such as configurable analog and digital peripheral functions, memory and microcontrollers. This requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest test coverage with the shortest test times.

Required Skills

- At least a 4-year college degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in C/C++
- Basic understanding of DC/FN/AC testing
- Take AC/DC data in a lab using bench equipment
- Ability to analyze data and quantify experimental effects Experience in C/C++
- Familiarity with a modern ATE
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well with others both locally and internationally are a must
