JOBSUMMARY:

This position is responsible for, but not limited to: workingclosely with the Regional Facility Managers, Facility Supervisor, accountpersonnel, C&W corporate personnel, customer personnel, and vendorpersonnel in performing day-to-day scheduling, reporting, administrativeduties, clerical functions, phone functions, procurement functions, invoicingfunctions, time keeping, CMMS functions, record keeping, and filing.

JOBQUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor Degree.

Experience: Possess a minimum of five years demonstratedexperience in clerical and administrative functions, preferably in anindustrial work environment. Must have demonstrated proficiency with MicrosoftWord, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and e-mail. Experience working with JD Edwardssoftware applications is desired, but not required.

Valid state motor vehicle driver's license.

ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must be able to work in a team-oriented, safety conscienceenvironment. Safety expectations include, but are not limited to, compliancewith all company and customer safety policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Reports to the Regional Facility Manager and Facility Supervisor,and typically develops personal work assignments from customer and Companygenerated data and customer and Company interactions. Utilizes this input toprioritize personal work assignments to achieve defined account performancecriteria.

Must be able to effectively work alone or in groups withothers at all levels of the customer and Company organizations.

Receives work orders from various sources; ensures work ordersare entered into work order system. Updates work orders with completion informationand costs.

Provides administrative support to others, including customerpersonnel, as directed by Regional Facility Manager and Facility Supervisor.

Orders materials and supplies as needed, utilizing multipleprocurement processes, including but not limited to Procure+ and P-Card.

Monitors invoices for accuracy and processes according toprescribed instructions.

Interfaces with vendors as directed by Facility Manager andFacility Supervisor.

Ensures that safety training meetings are documented, andrelated materials are distributed.

Maintains office equipment in working order, and maintains aneat and orderly work area, including closets, filing cabinets, and storageareas.

Maintains appropriate supply levels in closets and storageareas

Responsible for providing a variety of Human Resource servicesfor all operations located at facility.

Maintains and issues HR Scorecard on a timely basis.

Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, performingsalary administration, recruiting, staffing, and benefit liaisonfunctions.

Coordinates training, benefits, employee services, employeerelations and health promotion activities and ensures compliance with legal andcorporate guidelines.

Must have strong computer skills including working knowledgeof all Microsoft Office Suite products.

Maintain an elevated level of confidentiality regardingemployee information and interactions.

Oversee return to work documentation in accordance withWorkers' Compensation, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and site policyhandbook.

Employee will perform all other relevant duties assigned bythe Regional Facility Manager and Facility Supervisor.

Position cannot make any decisions affecting employment(hire/termination), regulations and laws or Company policy.

Must be able to exercise good judgment and understandobligations on when to consult with Director of Human Resources.

Assist/conduct orientation and training for new employees asdirected.

ADDITIONALRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Ensures compliance with all company/customer regulations,policies, and procedures.

Promote an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality with allemployees to ensure all matters will be dealt with in a professional andconfidential manner.

Develop and maintain a good working relationship with thecustomer and maintain the customer's confidence through effectivecommunication, open rapport, and solid record of delivery on commitments.

Achieve performance expectations set forth as part ofperformance appraisals.

Support the company's goals and objectives by promoting a teamoriented and safety conscious environment.

Work effectively with all levels of the organization byutilizing strong organizational, interpersonal, facilitator, and timemanagement skills.
