 IT SUPPORT SERVICES MANAGER

Columbus State University’s Department of University Information and Technology Services is seeking a Manager for IT Support Services. This position will report to the Senior Manager of IT Support Services and will be responsible for the initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of hardware, application software and/or infrastructure components. This position will also manage, hire, train, and oversee the work of student assistants assigned to the Main and RiverPark Campus HelpDesks.

 

 

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST – RIVERPARK CAMPUS

Columbus State University has an opening for an Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist located in the Department of University Information and Technology Services (UITS). This position is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and accurate technical assistance to CSU students, faculty, staff in person, telephone, online requests (eQuest), and email. The IT Support Specialist’s responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of hardware, application software and/or infrastructure components and will assist in overseeing the work of student assistants assigned to the RiverPark HelpDesk.
