Job Description

1 year contract for an HR Analyst. Hours 9-5pm M-F. Will be anywhere from 30-40hr work week.

Pay rate: $25-30/hr DOE - Must work onsite.

Duties include:

Managing HR Information within payroll system

Manipulating/running reports from ADP EV5 and HWSE

Ad hoc projects as needed Supports system administrators for HR and Benefit teams primarily within ADP EV5 platform: Project manages ADP cross functional system upgrades and implementations.

Acts as liaison between business process owners and technical vendor support.

Perform system testing and data validations.

Supports benefit team system upgrades, vendor integrations, and annual enrollment process.

Develop standard HR data processes and builds and maintains supporting training materials.

Prepares and delivers reports for analysis and decision-making.

Maintains Sharepoint site Oversee Mass Data Uploads including Acquisition data.

Specific Skills Needed:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Information Systems, HR, Business or equivalent education and experience

Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality

3-7 years of HR Technology experience

ADP Enterprise EV5, ADP Benefits ADP Reporting experience preferred.

Demonstrated functional knowledge and experience of how technology can be applied to support HR operations

Must be strong in Microsoft office, specifically Excel and SharePoint

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Must be well-organized and very detail oriented
