Summary of Position: The Cooper-Booth Sales Rep, AKA "Account Development Specialist" (ADS) develops relationships with existing accounts to ensure product replenishment and places orders when necessary. The ADS presents new programs, products and promotions to decision makers and grows business with existing accounts through line extensions.

Location/Territory: Baltimore, MD

This is a field position. Our corporate office is located in Mountville, PA. The ADS will be required to report to the corporate office at least once a month for a Sales meeting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proudly represent Cooper-Booth Wholesale Company and support its brand promise
  • Provide service calls daily to stores in assigned territory
  • Regularly present new products, promotions, and services to new and existing customers
  • Monitor opportunities to introduce hot/cold beverage programs
  • Merchandise and maintain shelving for customers
  • Perform quarterly customer business reviews
  • Management of territory
  • Process returns for customers
  • Inform management of new account opportunities on a regular basis
  • Accountable to meet and exceed account revenue and gross profit goals
  • Accountable for retention of customers to plan
  • Maintenance of CRM


  • Possesses a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and an excellent driving record
  • Customer-focused, service-oriented; ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Computer-literate with ability to learn to effectively use an iPad
  • Excellent time-management and follow-up skills
  • Convenience store, food, or other industry-related experience a plus
  • Motivated, takes initiative and self-starting
  • Possesses and utilize decision making skills
