About the Job

The Field Sales Support Rep is responsible for providing a high level of customer support to existing accounts by servicing, merchandising and maintaining existing accounts through the development of strong relationships. The Field Sales Support Rep will place orders, process returns, collect money, and arrange for product will calls.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proudly represent Cooper-Booth Wholesale Company and support its brand promise
  • Provide service calls daily to stores in assigned territory daily
  • Takes customer orders
  • Communicate promotions and other relevant information to customers
  • Deliver specials to customers
  • Process returns for customers when necessary
  • Monitor opportunities to introduce hot/cold beverage programs to provide feedback to assigned Sales Representative
  • Performs planograms reviews with customer
  • Merchandise and maintain, tag and stock shelves and display racks for customers, including product rotation
  • Ensures empty shelf space is filled
  • Completes a call report after every visit
  • Completes a Plano Gram of the Month compliance form upon completion


  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possesses a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Safe and defensive driver with an excellent driving record
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Sales, Merchandising, or a related field
  • Convenience store or other industry-related experience a plus
  • Computer-literate with ability to learn to effectively use an iPad
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time-management and follow-up skills
  • Motivated, takes initiative and self-starting
