Job Description

Project Intern will be working on:

Using advanced test measuring and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), the Intern will be measuring product to determine product fitness for the new product lines. These product lines include but are not limited to, GHP2 pump, Deka 10, Deka 7 seats, and XL3. The intern will assist in process improvement to facility quicker measurement times and throughput through the Measurements Laboratory.

Project Description and Objective (Include what the Intern will be learning):

Art and Science of Weights and Measures. The Intern will have the experience and opportunity to understand the intricacies of the measuring process. In addition, the intern will have hands on experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and the Inventor software.

Outcome of Project (Goals of what the intern should accomplish):

Create and/or refine programs for measuring product on TMDE. Utilizing Inventor, the intern should also create a fixture(s) to improve measurement process times.
