What you'll do in this role:

As a Branch Manager, you'll be an exceptional leader that manages our innovative Branch toward excellence. You'll ensure the team maintains expert knowledge, provides excellent Member service, and consistently meets CCU's expectations and you'll do it with excitement and energy! (We want passionate leaders NOT "Bosses") Not only that, but you may get a chance to be involved in exciting projects for the Credit Union. (You'll get to make your mark!)

A Day in the Life of a CCU Branch Manager:

* Providing consistent coaching, training, and feedback to the teams, to ensure Members have the best experience possible. Planning activities, schedules, and management tasks (you know, things like Performance Reviews, Development Plans and Performance Improvement Plans).
* Partnering with leadership to direct, initiate, and develop sales plans and business building activities for the Branch (such as outbound calling, Business-to-Business and community events). Ensuring production/growth goals are on target. You'll also have a focus on increasing business and improving our Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and Member Feedback Surveys! (Because we value our members and the feedback they give)
* Assisting Members with just about any requests or escalated service challenges that come your way, and overseeing branch operations (such as Vault/ATM/ITM procedures), security standards, and completing various reports.
* Setting a good example at all times and building a phenomenal team. (Because that's what leaders do!)

What you'll need to join the team:

* A 2 year College Degree with a relevant focus (like Finance, Business, Marketing, Management, etc.) is preferred.
* 2 to 5 years of progressive and successful management experience in a retail environment (Financial Service experience is a bonus. But, we're not picky about that - We're picky about your leadership skills).
* Successful coaching, team development, communication, leadership, and management skills, with a true passion for service.
* Flexibility to work approximately 45 hours per week ranging from: Mon Fri 8:30 am-6:30 pm; and Sat 8:30 am-1:30 pm.
