Maintenance Technician sought by Cova Services, Inc. Maintain and repair currently occupied apartments by performing minor repairs for plumbing and electrical systems. Maintenance and repairs includes routine preventative services such as responding to tenant service requests, locksmith work, caulking, window/ door repairs, minor electrical repairs, appliance repairs, changing light bulbs, filters, batteries and installation of appliances and equipment. Cleanouts and repairs of unoccupied apartments to make ready for next tenants such as painting vacant apartment units, gathering trash, cleaning floors and fixing holes in walls. Collaborate with workers and other professionals during reno-vations, roof repair, windows and flooring changes in apartment buildings.
