Senior Project Specialist

American Contracting & Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Specialist in Jeffersonville, IN. Will coordinate schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets for bridge rehab projects in several states; Assign duties to project personnel; communicate with stakeholders on project requirements; identify and recommend project needs; monitor project milestones, deliverables, and costs to identify budget issues and remain in compliance; monitor team performance and provide feedback; negotiate with suppliers for materials; propose, review, and approve modifications to project plans; and review project updates to ensure deadlines met. Must have an MS in Civil Engineering or closely related field and three years of relevant experience in bridge and highway construction, working with Dept of Transportation, AutoCAD, MS Office, and VBA programming. Approx 75% domestic travel.
