Accounting Assistant
Accounting Assistant (A/R Plus) Small Accounting Staff Construction Company Successful small business subcontractor (approximately 50 employees). Fast-paced office with good team chemistry. Direct and oversee the company's A/R, billing, inventory adjustments, certificates of insurance, and OCIP. Provide for timely and accurate completion of all work.
Experience & Education: Quickbooks desktop experience required. Minimum 3 years of experience required. Bachelor's or AA degree in accounting or finance preferred. Construction industry experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) a big plus.
