Technology Solutions Professional (Customer Success Manager)

Job Duties

  • Enhance the Microsoft customer relationship from a capability development perspective by articulating the value of our services and solutions and identifying competition gaps in targeted accounts.
  • Create value for customers by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a “success plan” with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.
  • Be accountable to drive high usage of Microsoft 365 cloud services within customers by driving the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented Adoption Plan.
  • Leverage industry and deep functional expertise to expand the customer’s use of existing workloads, and to identify new workloads.
  • Build, maintain and leverage appropriate C-Level relationships within each customer to influence solution adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to advocate on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft’s behalf.
  • Demonstrate advanced insights and understanding of customer’s business/industry and challenge appropriately the way a customer views both their business and processes.
  • Build/maintain rapid channel of communication to customer in case of online service-related issues and events.
  • Requires domestic and international travel up to 50%.

Minimum Requirements

 Education: Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Physics or related field of education. 

Experience: Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in functional consulting and solution engineering. 

*In lieu of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Physics or related field of education, employer will accept a Bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent in any field and one (1) additional year of experience in functional consulting and solution engineering. 

Education or experience in: Business process analysis for Microsoft 365 technologies; Change management to drive implementation and adoption of new business processes/functionalities; FastTrack Process knowledge to drive cloud services deployment and adoption; Security Management to build solution and architecture for customers; Business Intelligence Platform; and Global Project Management. 

Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
