Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation of patients on the inpatient rehab unit including the assessment of their medical and physical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and their potential for rehabilitation. Also, the Physical Therapist will rely on experience and judgment to establish and administer a treatment plan of care with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity, tolerance, and potential. The Physical Therapist will utilize FIM scoring daily. The Physical Therapist may supervise physical therapy assistants, rehab techs, and students, and will work cooperatively with physicians, case managers and nursing staff. Potential for sign on bonus.
