Job Description

Health care experience required.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting clients and visitors, verifying insurance benefits, scanning/copying and faxing documents, relaying telephone messages to the proper departments, scheduling client appointments, directing clients to the appropriate staff members and responding to public inquiries.

    Skills and Knowledge Required:

    Verbal communication skills

    • Excellent organizational and clerical skills

    • Meticulous attention to detail and following directions

    • Familiarity with a variety of PC word and excel applications

    • Ability to operate standard office machines and equipment

    • Able to bend, lift and or carry up to 35 pounds.

    Credentials/Academic Requirements:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent.

    One (1) to Three (3) years of job-related data entry/clerical experience. Office Management Experience preferred.
