Job Description

The Columbia Metropolitan Airport is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant. The administrative assistant will be a highly motivated, personable, self-starting individual who will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative support duties. Applicants should possess associate degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two-year experience in a professional business office or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Prior experience working with the public and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. The ideal candidate should possess time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Strong Microsoft computer skills are required, as is sensitivity to confidential matters, internet research abilities, flexibility and strong organizational and communication skills Excellent Benefit package includes: medical/dental insurance, vision benefits, paid vacation, sick leave, personal leave, SC Retirement System as well as an employer match of up to 6% of salary for 401K contributions. Pay range is $31,845 - $43,909 annually. Applicants must possess and maintain a valid S.C. Driver's License. All successful candidates are required to undergo a Criminal Background Investigation.
