Job Description

We're looking for someone who can drive the political conversation in Colorado. Ideally, you're a digital-savvy editor who can manage both a political web site and weekly magazine in a startup environment. Based in Denver, Colorado Politics is the state's newest, fastest-growing publication, with a staff of eight full-time reporters and producers and 10+ freelancers. We're looking for someone with political or public policy news or communications expertise and a webby metabolism who can get posts up fast and accurately, but also has the chops to develop and edit enterprise and magazine stories and help manage a high-energy staff. Colorado Politics, a division of Clarity Media, is affiliated with The Gazette in Colorado Springs.

We offer an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401k plan, and paid holidays, vacation, sick and personal time.
