The candidate will work with our Industrial Manager in the Air Management System (AMS) Military group. The AMS group designs and develops systems for aircraft that provide heating, cooling and pressurization for occupants and avionics. The Industrial Management intern will interact with both our customers and internal operations team; learning material build process from engineering to procurement of detailed parts. They will also learn the logistics process of how our hardware is delivered from various plantsites / countries to our customer and assist with work transitions.

The successful candidate must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or business, must have completed at least 30 credit hours of college coursework, must have a GPA of 3.0 or above and must be willing to work 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills which are critical to working in a team environment, specifically to elicit participation and accountability to drive execution. The candidate will interface daily with various system and component deign groups, lab teams and other disciplines such as purchasing, quality, manufacturing, etc.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, will be results-oriented, will have strong analytical skills, and will have excellent teamwork and collaboration.

The candidate must also be a US person or citizen as the job requires handing of export controlled technical data.
